The next Online Business Management course is taking place from February 15th to March 16th and it is the perfect opportunity to learn how to manage an online service business for yourself, or as a contractor.

Dates & Curriculum

The Online Business Management Certification is a 4-week course.

The curricula includes topics such as:

Introduction to different business models
Building effective systems and processes
How to manage an online launch
Reporting and metrics
Team management
How to take bookings & payments online
How to price your services
Social Media & community management
Digital Marketing
Web Management
How to organise & plan your time as a busy entrepreneur
The art of negotiation
Project Management
Invoicing & accounting basics

Practical details

Indonesian citizens with an intermediate level of English, laptop/PC (or unlimited access to it), basic PC skills and high motivation are welcome and encouraged to apply for this course.

This is a 4-week couse and classes will take place each week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons.

The sessions are taught live, online, and there is ample time for questions as well as consultations and mentoring.

The fee for the course is:

1,250,000 IDR / 89 USD (VAT inclusive).

Scholarships are available for unemployed Indonesian citizens.

To ensure a qualitative experience, a maximum of 15 people are admitted for each course.
