As we close another chapter of learning, achievement, and growth for Remote Skills Academy, we are honored to share our 2024 Impact Report.
Since 2020, Remote Skills Academy has seen remarkable growth, with 2024 being no exception. This year, we enrolled 2,888 students across 21 programs, including 2,060 in self-led learning and 828 in live courses, with an average rating of 9.1 out of 10.
Our international programs, delivered exclusively online, have expanded from Belgium to include Hungary, Rwanda, and Thailand. Nationally, we provide both online and offline options, ensuring accessible learning opportunities for students everywhere.
Online programs such as the Virtual Assistant Bootcamp, Basic VA Bootcamp, and Super VA Bootcamp with Paid Internship remain highly popular among our students. Likewise, our offline programs in Indonesia have seen enthusiastic participation in Bali, Jakarta, and Yogyakarta.
To complement our programs, we have launched a series of comprehensive e-books, including the ’30-Day VA E-book,’ ‘Mastering Delegation E-book,’ ‘VA Roadmap E-book,’ and ’50+ VA Study Case Starter Kit,’ all designed to provide aspiring virtual assistants with practical guidance and actionable insights for career success.
This year, Remote Skills Academy received recognition in the ‘Remote for Good’ category at the inaugural Remote Excellence Awards. We also expanded our reach through impactful partnerships, including Innov8Pod in Rwanda. To support women in tech, we collaborated with LIT Network and CSG to launch the GIT Scholarship 2024 for female IT students and partnered with AWS for the #SheLeadsTech Mentoring Program, reinforcing our commitment to gender inclusion in technology.
In our pursuit of continuous improvement, we also launched the RSA All Stars/Alumni Database, a dedicated section on our website showcasing the profiles of our talented alumni.
Looking back at 2024, we take pride in the progress we have made in closing the digital skills gap and equipping communities with the skills they need to thrive in the remote work era. These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication of our team and the unwavering support of our partners.
As we look ahead to 2025, we are filled with optimism and excitement about expanding our reach and deepening our impact. We are actively exploring new collaborations and partnerships to extend our programs to a broader audience. By continuing to foster inclusive digital education and targeted skills development, we aim to empower even more individuals and communities to unlock their full potential in the digital age.
