   You need to sign up this Site to order the services by insert your username and password. You will get benefits such as newsletters, updates, and special offers by signing up.    We always try our best to display the information and colors of the products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate as the actual colors you see depends on your monitor quality.

Order policy

1. Reservations can only be made by adults over 18 years old.
2. Bookings can be transferred to other people. If you would like to transfer your booking to friends, family, business partners or associates, please send an email to reception@laviniai1.sg-host.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Order cancellation policies, multiple bookings, changes to your booking and schedule alterations

1. Bookings can be cancelled no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the booking commencing. Please cancel booking via email before the specified time. Failure to cancel beforehand will result in loss of the 20% booking fee, and any other costs/fees caused by the refund.
2. If there is a double booking error please immediately confirm to Livit party no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the booking so that the transaction can be canceled immediately. If the double booking is cancelled after the time limit has passed, then the customer must wait a further 24 hours for a refund.
3. Changes and schedule changes are permitted, provided that the previous transaction is canceled first and then reordered as desired, and the customer is willing to wait for a refund.
4. For a change request and a change schedule, please get in touch via email in order to see what alternative spaces/schedules are now available.

Payment policy

1. Customers must thoroughly check all billing details before making a payment, Livit will only receive payments that match the bill.
2. Livit uses a third party for the payment process.
3. Livit takes no responsibility for credit card fraud cases or unauthorized credit card usage on the Livit website.
4. Payments using certain credit cards cannot be accepted, Livit only accepts payments using credit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, JCB logo.

Refund policy

1. Refunds will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) working days and administration fees will be charged to customers and international credit / debit card transactions, requiring a slightly longer refund time (up to 30 days)
2. For a refund request, Please fill out the refund form and submit all the required data and attach any required documents that may be applicable, such as:

• Transaction number or proof of successful transaction from online payment (payment gateway).
• Please send proof of payment transaction from the bank used.
• Details of the recipient bank account (Name of account holder, bank name, account number (a photo of bank saving book), and bank swift codes.
